Breathwork: we use various yogic breathing techniques and principles to tap in to our own natural rythmns and breath. Vital in this hectic modern world.
Laughter: truly is the best medecine 😉 Using Laughter Yoga techniques and principles (and our own adaptations to boot) we inspire connection with ourselves, each other and the world around us in a playful manner; guaranteed to shake things up a bit! Haha.
Relaxation: our favourite relaxation and meditation technique to date is Yoga Nidra which incorporates a deep guided relaxation to deep dive in to ourselves and our place in the world.
